For the better part of my life I constantly made choices that were bad for me and my body. Slowly but surely I consistently made better and better choices for myself until they were no longer choices but just a part of my life. The habits you create based off of your choices are what will allow you to make any goal possible.
After being forced to see that the food I was choosing to fuel my body with was doing more harm than good, I dove head first into learning everything about nutrition to help myself and others use this as a tool to get better. I understand how much nutrition can change your life.
Being a female interested in strength training has always been considered outside of the norm. In reality strength training has benefited my self esteem and physique more than anything else. Strength training will benefit everyone regardless of their fitness goals. Using either bodyweight, barbell or anything in between, strength training is a perfect tool to get better.
